🕓 Change of Mind – Returns Within 48 Hours
If you change your mind after receiving your laptop, you can return it within 48 hours for a full refund (excluding shipping and admin costs).
Conditions:
- The laptop must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging, accessories, and safety seals must be intact — no seal should be removed or tampered with.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days.
Contact us quickly after delivery to ensure your return request is approved within the time frame.
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy – Within 15 Days
If not satisfied with the product and you’d like to exchange your laptop for another model or if you discover a minor issue, we’re happy to help.
You can request an exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- The laptop must be in the same condition with all accessories and safety seals intact.
- If the new model costs more, you’ll just pay the difference.
- Exchanges depend on product availability.
- Shipping cost will be applicable if exchange reason is, change of mind and without any issue/fault discover.r
🚫 Returns After 15 Days?
After 15 days from delivery, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If you experience an issue after this period, our limited warranty or service policy may still help (if applicable).
If the product is still unsed, safety seals intacts then it might return but it completely Techgads right to accept the return or not.

We take great care in checking and packaging our used laptops.
However, if your laptop arrives damaged, defective, or not working properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If your laptop develops a technical issue during the warranty period, we’ll provide a free repair service or part replacement, depending on the issue.
Warranty conditions:
- The warranty is valid only if safety seals are not removed or tampered with.
- Unauthorized repairs or physical damage will void the warranty.
- Repairs will be carried out by authorized service personnel or partners only.
- Shipping cost will be paid by customer if not covered in warranty.
