🛒 Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
If your laptop hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team. We’ll investigate and update you as quickly as possible.
All laptops are carefully packaged with protective materials, original accessories, and safety seals intact to prevent damage during shipping.
Yes, as long as the laptop is unused and the safety seals are not broken or tampered with. If the seal is removed, we unfortunately can’t accept the return.
If the laptop is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the shipping cost.
If it’s a change of mind or exchange, the buyer pays for return shipping..
💳 Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit/Debit cards
- Net banking / UPI
- Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected areas
COD orders may require a confirmation deposit to prevent fraudulent orders. Please ensure you are available to receive and pay for the delivery on the scheduled day. If a COD order is refused without prior notice, future COD eligibility may be limited.
🔁 Refund & Exchange
Yes! You can return a laptop within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping and admin cost), provided it’s unused and safety seals are intact.
Exchanges are available within 15 days of delivery. If the new model costs more, you’ll only pay the difference with delivery cost.
Returns between 5 days are accepted with a 15–25% deduction depending on condition.
No returns are accepted after 15 days.
If the laptop is defective or incorrect, we cover shipping.
For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the customer pays.
Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned laptop.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (or bank transfer for COD).
